Mission Statement
Masquerade is an end game raiding guild, put together to accomplish and overcome all the PvE+PvP challenges that Age of Conan has to offer. Using teamwork, perserverence, and hard work, we will excel at all end-game raiding content. In order to accomplish these goals we require a friendly guild atmosphere, but at the same time expect high standards from our members and officers alike. Furthermore if you are prone to leave after 1-2 wipes then this may not be the right guild for you. We plan on forging ahead at any cost to achieve our goals. Both as Fun for each of us and as a guild!

Scheduled Raid Dates:
Monday, Wednesday, Saturday.

Loot:
Need before Greed with enforced Loot Council. Guild Tanks and Healers are geared first to help us move forward successfully.

Attendance Policy:
At least on 3x a week. U will be kicked if u approach or go past 14 days of AFK. Please if u are going on Vacation be sure to post that you are doing so In the Vacation Forum!

Raiding Items:
You are responsible to farm, buy or barter your own consumables and bring them with you to each and every raid. If you aren't willing to do this you may consider this not the right guild for you.

Initiate Rules:
New guild members will be given Initiate title/Citizen for a period of two weeks. During these two weeks we expect you to be part of guild activities, and engage in some kinda activity and show some effort to help everyone out with you knowledge you learn. Please get on vent to prove this. Donations are much appreciated and shows u wish do all u can to help. Materials are great also!!

Away From Keyboard:
During raiding only approved AFKs are allowed. You must notify the raid leader that you are going afk and the person you are following. Failure to comply results in immediate removal from the raid.

Directions:
Failure to comply to the raid leader or class leaders directions will result in an immediate removal from the raid! All members must listen and follow directions of the raid leader and/or class officers. Disiplinary action can be taken with removal of the guild as well.

Feat Trees"
All raiding members must play a designated feat tree for their character. In order to succeed in end-game content, every player must play their character to most benefit the guilds progress in end-game raiding. If you don't like this rule, do not apply. Please post your build u are going to be for raiding and at level 80. Raid Leaders reserve the right to request a feat tree change according to what the raid requires with the understanding that that re-training will be paid for by the guild.

Ventrilo Policy!
In Ventrilo the following rules apply while in public channels:

No vulgar, rude, or racist comments may be made in any tone, to any guild member. We value respect for each other.
During a raid, only the raid leader, and strat leaders may utilize ventrilo for discussing boss strategies and the like. During a raid you are required to be on ventrilo. Small chat is OK if it is during downtime, gotta be fun!

Guild Chat Policy
Guild Chat may be used only for general chatting during non-raiding events. Please no constant linking of items you have or want, or other people have. Guild chat is not the Trade Channel. Also please be considerate, use common sense in guild chat and don't insult/provoke your guild mates.

Raid Chat Policy
Raid Chat policy is the same as Guild chat policy, do not spam the raid chat, or say anything that would be offensive to anyone. Casual conversation in raid chat while a raid is in session is fine, but please no flaming each other.

Resistance Requirements
To be announced at least a week in advance before the said raid. Guild Armorsmiths and Gemcutters can provide everything but each individual member must provide them with any mats needed.

Discipline
If a rule is broken, discipline may be handed out to that member. You may be disciplined multiple times for the same act.(IE. Spamming racial slurs in a raid) The First time you violate any rules you will receive a warning. The Second time you violate any rules you can be put into Citizen status for up to 15 days. The Third time you are warned can result in Guild removal.

We are here to accomplish goals and e-drama will not be tolerated.
100% NO DRAMA, this will be enforced to the fullest extent..
